Concepts

How does Turbo Range earn fees?

Think of a currency exchange counter.

Its cash drawer holds both US dollars and euros. Customers exchange money, paying a small fee each time.

Liquidity Providers are the people who put money into the drawer. The fees are then shared among them.

Turbo Range makes you a Liquidity Provider (LP).

This guide uses NVDA and USDC as examples. All prices are illustrative.

What to remember

  • LPs supply assets. A liquidity pool makes those assets available for trading.
  • Buyers and sellers pay fees. You earn fees when trades use your liquidity within your chosen range.
  • Your asset mix changes. When traders buy NVDA, the pool holds less NVDA and more USDC. Selling reverses this.
